Refund policy

Captain Mail offers both monthly and biweekly subscription plans. We aim to keep things simple and flexible for our families:

Monthly and Biweekly Plans automatically renew each month (or every two weeks, depending on your plan). You can cancel your subscription anytime through your online account. Once canceled, the plan will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds on any subscriptions once a billing cycle has begun.
