Refund policy

Captain Mail offers monthly and biweekly delivery plans. Both plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. We aim to keep things simple and flexible for our families.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your online account. Canceling stops future renewals and does not refund charges already paid.

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on subscriptions, sibling kits, or one-time products and add-ons, including the Captain Mail Folder + Magnet, except where required by applicable law.
